GBHuyton staff scamBought food on app I’m hear told by… Staff closing store early and stealing my food as the store door was closed and I was refused entry my order after 10 minutes was marked done. Bought food on app I’m here told by staff store is now closed (early) and I would not get my food I would have to cancel order. NOT POSSIBLE Not able to do that on app it’s rubbish and the scamming staff don’t refund either. Scammer I have not been able to cancel or refund my order as the emails keep asking me to prove stuff so basically I’ve been robbed by mc scammolds AKA mc Donald’s and a franchise that is not following the rules closed early at least 2 days this week. and a complaint procedure designed to cause stress and is not fit for purpose. Totally unprofessional complaint or refund procedures are useless looks like I will have to just accept I will never see that money again and never use there app again. that they won’t us using the app then something goes wrong and you will not get help only abuse attitude like I received at the door when asked to leave and cancel my order after I asked for refund and obtructions receiving when I provide receipt and askfor refund as I say scammer app

GBSimply poor in every way Who remembers when you could go to McDonald’s, walk up to the counter, place your order. They would turn around grab your burger, grab your nice crisp salted fries and make your drink, and you would be at your seat or out the door in under two minutes with a great tasting great value meal? Them days are loooong gone. Now days it’s well overpriced, tasteless burgers that have just been thrown together in a box, with unsalted , limp , sometimes soggy fries that you have to wait 10 minutes to be made, or asked to park and wait if you use a drive through. And if you order for delivery through their own app don’t expect correct or hot food McDonald’s has lost its character, identity, value and no longer cares for customer experience. Looking at all the other reviews I’m not alone in my opinion.

GBMcDonalds Thamesmead McDonalds Thamesmead Went in with one off my friends, ordered two meals on the kiosk. Then to wait a long time when there was not a single soul in there. They love to get McDelivery orders out off the way first which I think is absolutely disgusting. I then get my food, then I was asked did you order drinks. Isn't it your job to check my order for whether I ordered drinks? Staff are rude and full of attitude. My mighty mcmuffin with ketchup came with no ketchup in it. The bacon was undercooked. 1 star for you. Please improve on your customer service!

GBCold food Cold food, fries always freezing and limp. Just not good every time This was a delivery again from McDonald’s ( new George street Plymouth , Devon) It happens all the time in McDonald’s , cold fries etc and quite often doesn’t even feel clean.

GBOrdered from the screen and waited… Ordered from the screen and waited quite a while to see my order was ready! I went straight to the counter when my order was called and waited a good 10 minutes until I got angry and asked staff where my order was - I was totally ignored. Asked a man who was ‘looking after’ customers and their tables and he looked at me blankly. The staff were sorting the Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers with priority too. Awful experience.
