GBDecent food depending on time of day but absolutely dreadful. Customer service Customers may as well be cattle at chipotle with how they rush you through even if no one is behind you and literally I've never ever seen an employee smile and after paying they don't even give you the tray they make you reach across and get it literally Everytime. The food is somewhat consistent depending on what time of the day but can't order online because the severely skimp on portions. Only restaurant I frequent that literally the whole staff act like you're an inconveniencing them.

GBChipotle is becoming CRAPPY (you all know what i mean as certain word are restricted) Chipotle got to point they don't care. Multiple locations i experience they are running out items. And when you ask substitute then the answer was RUDE like "NO". recent example at Terrell, Texas location last weekend was, i ordered Vegetarian Bowl, to my surprise the veggies were completely out which i was not told until after rice was filled in bowl, so i asked can you substitute with Guacamole which is extra charge. response was NO

GBFirstly the employee are arrogan and…Cummings Market Blv 30041 Firstly the employee are arrogant and attitude. Seems like they are working in NASA. They always try to give as little as they can especially to group of community of people. I think we all pay the same dollar amount and also they are highly unprofessional as the Chipotle are keeping those people who don’t know basic of English. I have seen so many times. Although I like the food it serves which is very balanced and so is the reason having been eating. But quality of service does matter.

GBNot bad but could be loads better the biggest issue with chipotle is quality. I use to go regularly and have their rice bowl with vegetarian option. Now, you only get green peppers and not the variety you use to get with yellow. Orange etc, this is because it’s cheaper for them but the customer pays the same. The other issue is I sent forctgeir steak and it’s tough and chewy, the biggest problem is the amount of sodium in all their dishes. It’s not good I can eat regularly with out my blood pressure rising at unhealthy levels. Salt in the rice, salt in the eat. Salt in everything. Perhaps they do it purposely do customers buy a drink. No idea but it doesn’t work for me. Small improvements can make a lot of difference here. This is not America so we are more health conscious in Europe. Bring back the old version of the vegetarian dishes, put a lot less salt that Americans love and use better quality meat, even if it comes as extra cost and I feel it will improve things considerably. I eat out on average every week and I’ve taken this place off my list as a good place to eat. Oh, don’t be greedy guys. Have a loyalty card and bring back loyal customers. Be more business minded.
