GBDO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR… DO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR ANYTHING!!!! I paid $17.99 for these people to contact Lyft on my behalf to reinstate my driving privileges with them because of false customer complaints! I had to ask 3 times for them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to Lyft, and after I read it it was a complete embarrassment! They misstated facts that I provided to them in writing, the letter was written in broken English, so unprofessionally written and a complete embarrassment on my behalf! These people DO NOT know what they are doing and even if you told them how to do it right, they still would get it wrong!

GBOutstanding delivery service! We tried delivery.com last weekend for the first time. Our experience was so positive due to our awesome delivery driver, Cathi! We live deep in a snowy/icy canyon in the Rockies so the drive is a tricky one. Cathi arrived when expected and was a ray of sunshine - so pleasant, upbeat, friendly and professional. She’s a true Rockstar and such a great representative for delivery.com. High five to Cathi! Because of our outstanding experience we’ll be using delivery.com exclusively from this point forward. (Hopefully we’ll get Cathi again!)

GBDon't waste your time. This is the 2nd time the driver didn't have my full address as input into the delivery address in addition to my order being incorrect. Something is wrong with the way the order moved from their site to the restaurant and also to the driver. I will not be using delivery.com again. When I reached out through the chat, the person said to wait while they got in contact with the restaurant and didn't tell me the manager was going to call me and after I got off of the phone, whoever was on the chat did not check to make sure everything was resolved but instead left the chat. I hope I actually see the refund that the manager said he would reverse since there's no documentation now.

GBThanks, but NO THANKS! I just called my favorite Chinese restaurant, & they INSISTED I use delivery.com.... what a CROCK! Just the set up process is such a joke, & time consuming!! This particular restaurant used to be so awesome for delivery, that they’d be there before you’d hang up your phone, I swear.... now, all I could see for reviews, is how awful & COLD their food is, & how slow & expensive the delivery service is! Up to $20 to deliver dinner?!? Really?!? Only to have someone w/possible COVID breath breathing all over your order?!? No thanks!!!
