GBmissing items, horrific customer service, no attempt to correct it missing items, wrong items, staying in hotel requested plates and silverware only 2 forks no plates went on chat with customer service, useless! did not address or look into anything said they couldn't bring me items missing and would decide in 24-48 hours if i would get a refund for missing items?? I didnt want refund i wanted food i ordered!!! worst customer service ever from tawfeeeq! rude and sarcastic

GBIf I could leave no stars I definitely… If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Placed my order at 530 pm, had to call at 7 pm because I had never gotten a confirmation email. Finally got my confirmation email, had to call at almost 9 pm because I still had not revieved food. They then proceed to fell me oh sorry your order has been cancelled but only because I called to check what was going on. Terrible service.

GBThanks, but NO THANKS! I just called my favorite Chinese restaurant, & they INSISTED I use delivery.com.... what a CROCK! Just the set up process is such a joke, & time consuming!! This particular restaurant used to be so awesome for delivery, that they’d be there before you’d hang up your phone, I swear.... now, all I could see for reviews, is how awful & COLD their food is, & how slow & expensive the delivery service is! Up to $20 to deliver dinner?!? Really?!? Only to have someone w/possible COVID breath breathing all over your order?!? No thanks!!!

GBDon't waste your time. This is the 2nd time the driver didn't have my full address as input into the delivery address in addition to my order being incorrect. Something is wrong with the way the order moved from their site to the restaurant and also to the driver. I will not be using delivery.com again. When I reached out through the chat, the person said to wait while they got in contact with the restaurant and didn't tell me the manager was going to call me and after I got off of the phone, whoever was on the chat did not check to make sure everything was resolved but instead left the chat. I hope I actually see the refund that the manager said he would reverse since there's no documentation now.

AUWrong item again Spent almost $100 for 3 meals delivered from Red Rooster, of course they got the order wrong, again, i don't know what to suggest to improve as it keeps on happening. Just to add to it, they put too much water in the mash potatoes, more like a soup than a mash. My solution to fix the problem is to not order from there again.
