Thanks, but NO THANKS! I just called my favorite Chinese restaurant, & they INSISTED I use delivery.com.... what a CROCK! Just the set up process is such a joke, & time consuming!! This particular restaurant used to be so awesome for delivery, that they’d be there before you’d hang up your phone, I swear.... now, all I could see for reviews, is how awful & COLD their food is, & how slow & expensive the delivery service is! Up to $20 to deliver dinner?!? Really?!? Only to have someone w/possible COVID breath breathing all over your order?!? No thanks!!!

Worst possible service I've ever received and all their representatives would say is we cant credit it cause it's being made. Lmao never again. Should have done ubereats instead smh 😕. CONSUMER BEWARE!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Delivery .com is a scam. Thought I was on the restaurants site. I ordered & picked up & the fee on/line was $10 more than the restaurant bill. FOR WHAT??? I picked it up. All delivery.com did was add prices to the restaurants prices for providing ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. They just deceived & intercepted the search on web, thinking you are ordering from the restaurant. And even if you look at the icon it states “No service fee” deceptive trade practices going on here. Hope the AG of NY shuts you down!

They steal your pay if the order is missing utensils if the sandwich is missing tomatoes they dock your pay as if you live inside that sandwich. Customers sometimes lie about how many items the restaurant puts in the bag they dock your pay no matter what it’s the driver’s fault

terrible service terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible infastructure. there is zero reason they need a pickup option for a third-party service called "delivery.com." tried to fix my order but FAQ says to contact merchant yet merchant can't do anything since it's ordered through a third party service.
