CHOrder never received Order never received. Similar situation to what I am reading. Ordered Nov. I was sent a payment link dec. Paid immediately. Nothing december. Wrote an email reminder. No response, no goods to date. I really can't be bothered to take further for the sake of approx CHF 70. My time is far too precious. Would just warn to avoid at all cost.

CHThis is a fraudulent business This is a fraudulent business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a complete scam you will loose your money and not receive your order! I made an order on October 30th and still haven’t received it or the refund I requested. I emailed countless times, asking for a refund still nothing. This is a completely fraudulent company and I regret trusting them.

CHDelayed delivery Made an order end February, paid 9th March. Stopped receiving any updates after this. I asked for an update on the 15th, 22nd and eventually asked for a refund on 24th due to no responses. Update- I did receive my order and there was a problem with my requests for updates being spam filtered. I didn’t love the service or delivery times, but there were mitigating circumstances.

CHDodgy operation-buyer beware Ordered at beginning of December. Payment by Twint confirmed by company, so they got their money. Delivery on 23 December, over 50% of the items i ordered not included. No response since then from the company to several polite e mails and a phone call. Even allowing for Christmas rush and errors, still crap service and unprofessional. probably just fly by night mob who cant actually manage all the orders and deliveries properly.

CHWorst customer experience! If I could rate it minus star, I would. I placed an order on 8 November 2023 and was promptly asked to pay, which I did. Since then, I have not received any products. I have requested a full refund, to which my emails go unanswered. My registered letter was also not picked up and thus returned to me. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Any company should listen to their customer feedback and take it seriously. There is a red flag that so many people have had the same experience. I'm extremely dissatisfied - would not recommend - will not use then again. Just shameful.
