I ordered my 4 ounces quickly with an arrival date of 12/31 before noon. It arrived before noon and was packaged perfectly with no waste as my other sources normally do. The package came late from the… The package came late from the promised date. The Scottish style salmon was huge for the two of us but on the whole very good. Still trying what to do with the rest. The various jars of Caviar Were mostly pedestrian types and easily purched from local establishments in our area. We are still assessing some of the rest of the Caviar jars. Overall OK

Any customer experience is created by… Any customer experience is created by the people. Nelly was really wonderful, went above and beyond. When everything goes well, its not noticable. When there's an issue is when you can really tell a good company from a great one. FedEx let us both down but Nelly made it right and had incredible communication!

It was unfortunate that the duck foie gras (depleted stock) could not be delivered, but my account will be credited. I am very satisfied and will be ordering products again in the near future.
