GBAny customer experience is created by… Any customer experience is created by the people. Nelly was really wonderful, went above and beyond. When everything goes well, its not noticable. When there's an issue is when you can really tell a good company from a great one. FedEx let us both down but Nelly made it right and had incredible communication!

GBThe caviar and other products purchased… The caviar and other products purchased were of quality, and tasted very good. Packaging was very good, and the customer service was also excellent. It was unfortunate that the duck foie gras (depleted stock) could not be delivered, but my account will be credited. I am very satisfied and will be ordering products again in the near future.

GBExcellent service Excellent service. I ordered Ibérico secreto for Xmas dinner and paid overnight shipping. It didn't arrive until 5 days later due FedEx issues. I called and told them. They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.

GBI wish I could rate you higher I wish I could rate you higher, and in the past my caviar showed up on time fresh, however delivery was scheduled for before 12 noon, my caviar arrived after 5 PM and was not cold. As a result, I experienced food poisoning from the snail caviar and was throwing up all night Christmas eve. Now I'm not sure I could ever eat caviar again. So disappointed...
