Good selection snd value for money I ordered a costume for a Halloween Party. It was good value for money and delivery was fast. All in all I was impressed with the selection of costumes and decorations on offer and would purchase from here again.

Bad customer service Paid for next day delivery and it turns up 4 days late, customer service seems to be nonexistent as I emailed them and got no reply. Received a reply this morning from their Facebook page telling me to send an email to sort it which I already did and had no response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Do not order from this company they are… Do not order from this company they are scam artists. I ordered a tumbling clown prop and when I opened the box it was fully of dirt, scratched on every surface and had a dead motor. These scam artists sell used broken props advertised as new. They didn’t respond once to several emails and phone calls, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There are so many other reputable sources to buy Halloween items from, you will regret buying from these people.

Good quality and friendly staff The children’s costumes were perfect, I couldn’t believe the quality and the delivery was fast too. I was unsure on sizing but was assisted on chat and the lady was so helpful. Will definitely be ordering again for halloween!
