Great product, bad customer service, crappy tracking app. Website was easy to use and order from. Product came on time and as described. Lost a star due to having to use a 3rd party app to track package. I thought the package was going to be late as the app had the status as "order received not shipped" io until I got the "delivered" notification. Also when I messaged, called and tried to use the web chat I got no response from FHS!😡

Second time ordering! Second time ordering for me and my kids - really pleased with them all! Arrived faster than I thought and with free shipping!

Bad customer service Paid for next day delivery and it turns up 4 days late, customer service seems to be nonexistent as I emailed them and got no reply. Received a reply this morning from their Facebook page telling me to send an email to sort it which I already did and had no response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Please do not buy from this store! Please do not buy from this store! I purchased an animatronic for $362 last October and it arrived broken. They did not stand by it, kept telling me a replacement would be shipped out, and it never was! They finally stopped replying to me emails, and I was left with a hunk of garbage and out a good chunk of money. AWFUL PLACE TO BUY FROM!!

Good quality and friendly staff The children’s costumes were perfect, I couldn’t believe the quality and the delivery was fast too. I was unsure on sizing but was assisted on chat and the lady was so helpful. Will definitely be ordering again for halloween!
