I ORDERED SWEETEST BATCH STRAWBERRIES, THEY SENT ME REGULAR STRAWBERRIES THAT YOU CAN FIND AT ANY GROCERY STORE. LIED ON MY REVIEW THAT I ATE THEM AND SAID THEY WEREN'T SWEET ENOUGH. TOTAL LIE, STILL NEVER TOUCHED THE SLOP THEY SENT ME. OMG LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DESPERATE LOW LEVEL COMPANY. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!!!

GBOrder fulfilled I made a purchase of salad dressing on November 10, four weeks ago. At first customer service assured me it was on its way so I patiently waited. Finally I checked with FedEx and found out the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get a response from anyone. Apparently something happened and I will never get a refund or another order sent. This was posted. Right away I received a response to this complaint. I was promised a new order to be sent. It was fulfilled. Thank you very much. We are very happy.

GBTook money, no product received! Placed an online order. Money was taken out of my account. No updates on order, no shipping date or tracking number provided. Multiple calls over days and times never answered and voice mail messages left never returned. Don't order from these people, they are scammers!

GBOrder status Ordered a product on 11/30/23 and as of 1/5/24 still have no received the item. I've emailed several times with no response and when you call, the phone is not answered nor can you leave a message. I waited on a chat line yesterday for 30 minutes and was disconnected. Was able to send an email and got an automated response they'd be in touch shortly; 24 hrs later no response. Better Business Bureau and the NYS AG is next step I guess.
