GBEvery must read my experience Took longer to ship 6 bottles of authentic Italian imported Pasta Sauce. But when I got my package it took me for surprise that someone packaged each bottle by hand in bubble wraps and paid so much attention to detail in shipping my Order. I guess in these modern machine times we have to start valuing human touch and personal service.

GBNo Product; Refund Request Ignored I ordered a box of toothpaste on December 31, because BoxNCase was the only site that marked it in stock. Two weeks later, when I asked why the product had not shipped, I was told they were waiting for the supplier. Knowing the product is no longer being manufactured, I requested a refund. That was almost two weeks ago and I have received neither reply nor refund. It seems to me that this site is a scam, charging its customers for products long before they ship—and then never even shipping them.

GBBEWARE.....BoxNCase - FALSE Advertising & STEALS Your Money BEWARE.....They advertise items that they DO NOT have on hand and give you no indication that the item is NOT in stock. After several weeks, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. BoxNCase sent me an email 2 months ago that they cancelled the order and were issuing a credit. As of today, 2 months later, I DO NOT have a credit from BoxNCase as stated in the email from them. I have called BoxNCase customer service and left 2 messages regardign the order/refund. NO ONE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL. I have sent several emails and PAT in customer service states that my bank owes me the money/refund. I have asked for proof that BoxNCase issued a refund to my bank and PAT has yet to respond. Now, BoxNCase is TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE and they have $300 of my money. BEWARE.....THEY STEAL FROM YOU and PAT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY RUDE - SHE SHOULD BE WORKING IN A BACKROOM SOMEWHERE - NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

GBOrder fulfilled I made a purchase of salad dressing on November 10, four weeks ago. At first customer service assured me it was on its way so I patiently waited. Finally I checked with FedEx and found out the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get a response from anyone. Apparently something happened and I will never get a refund or another order sent. This was posted. Right away I received a response to this complaint. I was promised a new order to be sent. It was fulfilled. Thank you very much. We are very happy.

GBDisgraceful and disgustingly rude… Disgraceful and disgustingly rude customer service. Ordered product. Sent a follow up email several weeks later to be told it's on back order with no eta. Sent a further email 2 weeks later to be told if you choose to wait i want to respectfully ask you to not send a message daily for updates as these kinds of orders can take weeks to fulfill, meaning we will have a high amount of messages coming from you which we cant answer due to the status not changing! Spend your money elsewhere. Rude, Rude, Rude!
