Most reliable "shared hosting" solution in the world and their support is absolutely top-notch. So nice to be able to get an answer about something within minutes - not hours or days! I can't say enough good things I can't say enough good things about my 11 years of experience with ICDsoft and the SureSupport team. I'm a capable but non-technical users and do all my own website management. I'd be lost without the near-real-time hand-holding I get from SureSupport. I'm confident when making upgrades or revisions on the site because I know that support will always be there if / when I have questions. As far as I know, I've never experienced any downtime on the website's server. My site is responsive and looks great. Does well in SEO. I would never in a million years consider any other host.
