Rock solid host / domain services, excellent support over many years I've used ICDSoft / SureSupport for over 15 years with rock solid results throughout. I and my many clients depend on this hosting service and I'd recommend them to most any designer or user. Support is a particularly high point. Service is only text via a form (no phone) but is always immediate and very helpful. They're always ready to help me solve issues or step into fix when I can't in a moment's notice. Sounds like I'm gushing, but this is my real world experience over many years with many clients using their hosting services. They're dependable and fast for lightweight shared hosting or un/managed VPS hosting.

Fast support response I'm using ICD Soft as a registrar. I was quite impressed how fast they reacted - they addressed my issue with DNSSEC validation within 13 -14 minutes. Also their messages were clear and concise. I'm not sure what are their working hours, but it feels like they have 24/7 proffessional support service.

I can't say enough good things I can't say enough good things about my 11 years of experience with ICDsoft and the SureSupport team. I'm a capable but non-technical users and do all my own website management. I'd be lost without the near-real-time hand-holding I get from SureSupport. I'm confident when making upgrades or revisions on the site because I know that support will always be there if / when I have questions. As far as I know, I've never experienced any downtime on the website's server. My site is responsive and looks great. Does well in SEO. I would never in a million years consider any other host.
