I had to get something verified (I honestly couldn't even tell you the problem, that's how confusing it all is to me). And I told them the issue, they responded within about 10 minutes, told me what to do, but offered to assist me with doing it if I felt uncomfortable. Of course, I said yes, please help! Then they worked their magic on their and, and then sent explicit instructions on what I needed to do, step by step. It worked, it was perfect, and they have always helped me in this way. It's really hard to find this level of support, so I highly recommend!

They helped me move from Bluehost - it was flawless and easy for me, and they kept me updated. Moving from another host was incredibly easy. They solved issues with some plugins after the move, as well as helped with domain redirects. I am very, very happy with the hosting and service.
