I and my many clients depend on this hosting service and I'd recommend them to most any designer or user. Support is a particularly high point. Service is only text via a form (no phone) but is always immediate and very helpful. They're always ready to help me solve issues or step into fix when I can't in a moment's notice. Sounds like I'm gushing, but this is my real world experience over many years with many clients using their hosting services. They're dependable and fast for lightweight shared hosting or un/managed VPS hosting.
