Rock solid host / domain services, excellent support over many years I've used ICDSoft / SureSupport for over 15 years with rock solid results throughout. I and my many clients depend on this hosting service and I'd recommend them to most any designer or user. Support is a particularly high point. Service is only text via a form (no phone) but is always immediate and very helpful. They're always ready to help me solve issues or step into fix when I can't in a moment's notice. Sounds like I'm gushing, but this is my real world experience over many years with many clients using their hosting services. They're dependable and fast for lightweight shared hosting or un/managed VPS hosting.

I can't say enough good things I can't say enough good things about my 11 years of experience with ICDsoft and the SureSupport team. I'm a capable but non-technical users and do all my own website management. I'd be lost without the near-real-time hand-holding I get from SureSupport. I'm confident when making upgrades or revisions on the site because I know that support will always be there if / when I have questions. As far as I know, I've never experienced any downtime on the website's server. My site is responsive and looks great. Does well in SEO. I would never in a million years consider any other host. I've been with ICDSOFT for around 20… I've been with ICDSOFT for around 20 years now... I've stood up many domains & hosting services.. I find that they are generally an excellent company, with an excellent feature set when it comes to the Control & management of your website. I especially am uber-impressed with their latest iteration of the Website Builder app. It makes creating a good looking website VERY easy... yet you can insert customised CSS/HTML etc Bravo ICDSOFT!!! Exemplary Support ICDSoft SureSupport is best of class. I received a phishing site warning when trying to open my own ICDSoft hosted webmail. I sent them the issue and within minutes they had it resolved. I have used them for six different sites over 20 years and every ticket I post with them has been answered quickly and satisfactorily. I highly recommend them!
