Unbelievably amazing tech support for… Unbelievably amazing tech support for clueless tech people like me. I had to get something verified (I honestly couldn't even tell you the problem, that's how confusing it all is to me). And I told them the issue, they responded within about 10 minutes, told me what to do, but offered to assist me with doing it if I felt uncomfortable. Of course, I said yes, please help! Then they worked their magic on their and, and then sent explicit instructions on what I needed to do, step by step. It worked, it was perfect, and they have always helped me in this way. It's really hard to find this level of support, so I highly recommend!

Migration of WordPress Site I just finished migrating hosting to ICDSoft. Tech support held my hand through the whole process and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. They treated them all with seriousness, even going so far as to intuit my next questions. I'm so happy I switched hosts! Can't wait to bring over my domains when I'm allowed to
