Puny Bison Filets I first purchased some lovely bison filets at the farmers market in Santa Fe. They were amazing and I was hooked. Before I even returned home to Texas, I ordered a large order for home delivery. The filets were so good I decided to spring for the Bison King and Queen Box as it showcased two filets and a mouthwatering massive tomahawk ribeye. I was excited for the order to arrive only to discover upon unpacking that I received 2 puny filets. Since the orders were hand selected I would have expected a better selection of filets having ordered a box that showcased "8oz filets". I understand the size of a filet can vary but it was disappointing none the less.

This order was a gift for someone who…Gift to a friend from long ago. This order was a gift for someone who had once had a buffalo burger, and he wrote, "We had the buffalo rib eye steaks last night and they were very tasty. Kept the temperature around 125* with a nice sear and it was delicious. Thanks for a great gift."

First-Time Buyer (Satisfied!) First-time order buyer here; the Bison heart and wild boar bacon is fantastic! Very clean-tasting, and cooks up well in a cast iron pan. I enjoy the fact that natural ingredients are used in the uncured bacon; the bison heart is delicious and adds a nutritious energy punch. Will definitely order again, and soon!

I was amazed at the packaging and care… I was amazed at the packaging and care they put into shipping premium quality meats. Beck & Bulow choices are fantastic! We tried the wild boar bacon, heritage bacon, bison and beef. Even our pup enjoys the bison dog food they make. The communication was great as they ran out of an item but gave me a chance to change it or wait a little bit. Glad we waited and no hesitation on ordering again! EXCELLENT! We will definitely recommend to family and friends.
