So much so that I went ahead and bought a gift certificate myself to send to a family member for Christmas. Ranch to porch I love shopping at B & B! I bumped into JP at the Saturday market in Santa Fe and the rest is history. I’ve neen enjoying delicious elk and bison delivered right to my front door ever since. They have high quality meats and they even provide recipes! I highly recommend purchasing from Beck and Bulow! First-Time Buyer (Satisfied!) First-time order buyer here; the Bison heart and wild boar bacon is fantastic! Very clean-tasting, and cooks up well in a cast iron pan. I enjoy the fact that natural ingredients are used in the uncured bacon; the bison heart is delicious and adds a nutritious energy punch. Will definitely order again, and soon!

Great quality and customer service The meat from Beck and Bulow is awesome. Living in New Mexico, ours is delivered by an employee of Beck @ Bulow. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Offer a good variety of both cuts and varieties of meat. Our three favorites are elk medallions, bison New York strips, and the jalepeno cheese brats. Never had a bad cut or variety. Fast service.
