Puny Bison Filets I first purchased some lovely bison filets at the farmers market in Santa Fe. They were amazing and I was hooked. Before I even returned home to Texas, I ordered a large order for home delivery. The filets were so good I decided to spring for the Bison King and Queen Box as it showcased two filets and a mouthwatering massive tomahawk ribeye. I was excited for the order to arrive only to discover upon unpacking that I received 2 puny filets. Since the orders were hand selected I would have expected a better selection of filets having ordered a box that showcased "8oz filets". I understand the size of a filet can vary but it was disappointing none the less.

So much so that I went ahead and bought a gift certificate myself to send to a family member for Christmas. We're happy campers (although it's pricey) and suggest everyone try Beck & Bulow at least once. You'll become a fan just like us!

Hardly any feedback from gift recipients I only received confirmation of 2 of my Xmas orders through you, typical of family, no? I know those arrived in great shape, no one has told me about cooking them yet. Sorry, lack of input from recipients made me wait to review B&B. I love you folks!
