GBHorrible customer service and… Horrible customer service and experience all the way around. They shipped me 2 orders - their mistake - and charged me twice and would not make it right. Their products ate not that great — all the fish is small portions with mismatched thickness - only 6 oz. And meat is no different than you can get in the stores. Not worth the aggrevation. Go to your local farmers market— support them. Not the greedy cheaters.

GBProducts were fine a year or two ago Products were fine a year or two ago, but the last few boxes have had multiple rancid products in them. The packaging on a number of steaks and fish have been obviously punctured prior to packing, leaving rancid meat and blood leaking all over my fridge during de-thaw. Sources of the products are inconsistent and change frequently. Absolutely avoid Crowd Cow, and I'd urge caution when dealing with any vendor that uses them as of Dec 2022.

GBI have only ordered from them three… I have only ordered from them three times. I find them a bit pricey and portions are ridiculously small (even for one single person who does not eat a lot). I never had an issue or customer service encounter but on my last order I had new lamb chops from New Zealand which were heavily advertised. Packaging was terrible. Lamb chops should have been individually wrapped and not just thrown together in a thin plastic bag to guarantee freezer burns. I also had a small question regarding the freshness of the lobster tails I ordered on my second order. Fortunately, they do not force you to take a subscription and a customer can place"one time only" order.

GBIt's rare when I write a negative review It's rare when I write a negative review of a company, but Crowd Cow's customer service has become horrible. I have been getting my meat from them for four years. They used to care about customer satisfaction. They used to have small farms connections. Now, they deliver even when orders are cancelled. I was out of the country and they didn't pack my order until the day I cancelled. They said I should call from out of the country to someone to come to my house, pick up the meat and save it for me. Seriously? Why didn't they cancel it when I first emailed them?

GBQuality of meat is lower than I… Quality of meat is lower than I expected and Im dissapointed. The free Wiagu addition was amazing. The 35 dollar New York strip looks amazing but had many unchewable pieces. I just had a 10 dollar Costco steak I was really dissapointed in so I ordered from these guys. We have a few left in our freezer hoping they are better than this one. When you pay up you really want to appreciate so I feel let down.
