GBGot the product delivered to my door Got the product delivered to my door. However, it would be nice if they said what day it will arrive at the house. That's the only tough part about it, not knowing what day it ll be there or time. Must have a signature and valid ID. So the window I receive is about 5 days, hard to know, if we could work out what day and then a window for that day, would be perfect. I will try the app next time, thanks for the reply.

GBI received the wrong coils and it’s… I received the wrong coils and it’s taking forever to get fixed. I was told I had to send a picture to prove I received the wrong product like I’m stupid or dishonest. Not happy with the customer service side of things.

GBCustomer service didn’t want to know! I’ve been ordering from eightvape for some time now, but my last order was awful. The vape juice has totally changed and tastes of soap, their customer service was no help whatsoever and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and no response from them either. I bought the products from eightvape so I would have expected at least some help, but they weren’t interested. I won’t be buying from them anymore I’m sad to say.
