GBThey get you on the “shipping charges” The shipping charges and “extra charges” were more than my purchase. I have never had to pay for an Adult Signature charge. Per their response, I got the same 4 disposable vapes from another company and paid 1/3 of the shipping and “Adult Signature” charge than what they charge.

GBCustomer service didn’t want to know! I’ve been ordering from eightvape for some time now, but my last order was awful. The vape juice has totally changed and tastes of soap, their customer service was no help whatsoever and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and no response from them either. I bought the products from eightvape so I would have expected at least some help, but they weren’t interested. I won’t be buying from them anymore I’m sad to say.

GBWhen I received my order one item was… When I received my order one item was missing. I sent a message to them SAME day and heard nothing. Sent message again and heard nothing. Emailed a third time and was told to contact the post office. Emailed a fourth time stating it must be a packing mistake since I did receive a package. They then contact me saying they can't send my missing item since it was more than 48 hours that I received my package. Do the right thing and take care of your customers when you make a mistake or lose the customer!
