In response to your response to my… In response to your response to my review, there is nothing wrong with my device and I ordered the same coils I always order. I read another review from another customer that also had an issue with coils so you’re not being truthful. Provide me with the manufacturers information and I will try to contact them. If that doesn’t work, then you need to back the product you sold me and understand the coils are in fact put together incorrectly and do not work and refund me. Rest assured, I no longer trust you and will not order coils from you ever again.

I received the wrong coils and it’s… I received the wrong coils and it’s taking forever to get fixed. I was told I had to send a picture to prove I received the wrong product like I’m stupid or dishonest. Not happy with the customer service side of things.

When I received my order one item was… When I received my order one item was missing. I sent a message to them SAME day and heard nothing. Sent message again and heard nothing. Emailed a third time and was told to contact the post office. Emailed a fourth time stating it must be a packing mistake since I did receive a package. They then contact me saying they can't send my missing item since it was more than 48 hours that I received my package. Do the right thing and take care of your customers when you make a mistake or lose the customer!
