Customer service didn’t want to know! I’ve been ordering from eightvape for some time now, but my last order was awful. The vape juice has totally changed and tastes of soap, their customer service was no help whatsoever and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and no response from them either. I bought the products from eightvape so I would have expected at least some help, but they weren’t interested. I won’t be buying from them anymore I’m sad to say.

Great store I've bought twice so far and I'm extremely satisfied with being able to continue buying. Hoping to continue buying more vapes from this store. I have been spreading the word in store that I work at hooters. A lot of us vape, so its cool to spread the word.

Beware of shipping I have to give it 3 stars because my package never came and now I can't trust I will get my order. I have been a faithful customer for many years with out an issue

I like they send coupons I like they send coupons, only wish it was for Vaal Max disposable vapes, especially pineapple ice mint.

They get you on the “shipping charges” The shipping charges and “extra charges” were more than my purchase. I have never had to pay for an Adult Signature charge. Per their response, I got the same 4 disposable vapes from another company and paid 1/3 of the shipping and “Adult Signature” charge than what they charge.
