Rich variety I was astonished with such a big variety of vapors cool!

Third time's a charm! A couple of issues with my first two order attempts online. Had to call in, and found out that the product I was trying to purchase was out of stock due to some problems with it, even though the website showed that it was available. I was offered a similar, more expensive product at a discount for my inconvenience. I ended up not liking it, and returned it. I then called and ordered an even more expensive product, and I'm loving it! Everyone I dealt with over the phone was very polite & helpful. Shipping & refund times were fairly quick. I highly recommend Vaporizerusa, and Pax by Loom!

Product selection and price good. Web site could use some attention. I am pleased with the product selection and the prices. The problems I had with the web site could be easily corrected. PayPal is mentioned as an option but I could not find anyplace where a link to the site was available. In the payment section, Paypal is not an option. American Express is a selection in the popup, but is not a card you take. I did the the disclaimer text, but removing it as an option would be cleaner. I did give you 4 stars because overall a good experience.

They really only sale the best vape pens. Lost my mouthpiece for my atmos pen. It's a special made rubber mouth piece. I looked everywhere only but found it here and a replacement for the ceramic filter. Not mentioning a really nice grinder for free. Recommended highly

The unit I ordered was received broken; cannot get help from company after purchase. I ordered an Easy Vape V2 and paid $157.00 via Visa. The shipment time was fine but, the unit was not properly packaged and when opened it was cracked and broken. I have called the company twice and left messages with no return calls. Then, I resorted to email, got one response that stated that instructions for return would be sent to me at a later time but, I never received those instructions or anymore response from Vaporizerusa at all. I have since emailed once again asking to simply refund my money and send me directions on returning the broken item. I still have had no response.
