The products are very high quality and the prices are very reasonable. Anytime I have visited this site my experience has been a positive encounter. They inormally have many available items but many times they do not have all the accessories for products that have already been purchased. So, when it comes to improvements you need more details about how products without using too much product jargon that many costumers are familiar with. Third time's a charm! A couple of issues with my first two order attempts online. Had to call in, and found out that the product I was trying to purchase was out of stock due to some problems with it, even though the website showed that it was available. I was offered a similar, more expensive product at a discount for my inconvenience. I ended up not liking it, and returned it. I then called and ordered an even more expensive product, and I'm loving it! Everyone I dealt with over the phone was very polite & helpful. Shipping & refund times were fairly quick.
