So, when it comes to improvements you need more details about how products without using too much product jargon that many costumers are familiar with. You need to explain things in much more detail so everyone can understand the device.

Third time's a charm! A couple of issues with my first two order attempts online. Had to call in, and found out that the product I was trying to purchase was out of stock due to some problems with it, even though the website showed that it was available. I was offered a similar, more expensive product at a discount for my inconvenience. I ended up not liking it, and returned it.
