Amazing Customer Service! I placed an order on their website, but what I bought was unfortunately out of stock. From that point on, however, I received some of the best customer service ever. They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered. So what started as a rocky start ended with fantastic customer service and a product I really love. Awesome company! I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again for sure.

THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.
