They answered tens of my questions, helped me to pick the device for my specific needs. I must have called at least 4 times with different questions and every time they were patient and very informative. Not only I got 3 products that I’m very happy with, but now my friends and family are loyal customers as well. Highly recommend!

THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.
