THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.

They answered tens of my questions, helped me to pick the device for my specific needs. I must have called at least 4 times with different questions and every time they were patient and very informative. After discount at $159 (unheard of), I got one that fully charged and linked with my phone. I am happy and would trust this company in the future.
