Amazing Customer Service! I placed an order on their website, but what I bought was unfortunately out of stock. From that point on, however, I received some of the best customer service ever. They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered. So what started as a rocky start ended with fantastic customer service and a product I really love. Awesome company! I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again for sure.

I kept ordering products from different… I kept ordering products from different companies over and over again until I came across Portable Hookas. I’ve never encountered such great costumer service. They answered tens of my questions, helped me to pick the device for my specific needs. I must have called at least 4 times with different questions and every time they were patient and very informative. Not only I got 3 products that I’m very happy with, but now my friends and family are loyal customers as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service Overall, I had a very positive experience. There were a few issues with my order but communication and support were top notch and everything was resolved quickly. They contacted me when a problem cropped up (the item I ordered was out of stock) and we found a different style as a replacement. Then, when my order arrived, a few things were missing. Again they responded promptly to my email and immediately corrected the issue. In fact, they went above and beyond what I expected to make it right. Fast shipping. I will definitely shop here again.
