GBMaking the HIGH road easier for all I continue to receive amazing service and awesome products from this site. Bryce is nothing if not helpful and friendly. They've got a nice wide selection of products. My second favorite thing to the customer care has got to be the price. I do a lot of comparison shopping before I make purchases. I have to say more than 90% of the time I end up right here at the good old Samurai Blaze shop! Hope this review finds you well. Thanks DrF

CANot really worth it The pictures are mildly misleading. The mouth piece is HUGE, the nail is tiny! So tiny I melted the silicon trying to heat it up. I also was led to believe in the initial transaction on the site that my custom fees were included in the total. Nope. While they do list an accurate price, and make it look included, you actually have to log into the shippers website and pay it separately which caused a 3 day delay because I was unaware. It is a silicone bong, was the right colour, but for the price I have to go pay for a proper nail I wouldn't have bothered. Definitely not worth the $200 total price tag and a week and a half waiting

GBFirst order with the company was good First order with the company was good, however this second time around has been really bad. I put in an order Friday (8/28). On Monday (8/31) I contacted customer services to see the status and they notified me it was already sent to the fulfillment center to be shipped. Now it's the end of the day on Tuesday (9/1) and nothing has happened since. I live on the East coast and Samurai Blaze operates very close to me. Now on Monday, I ordered some ejuice from a company all the way out in California and they have already shipped it out to me today! Not sure what the problem is with this companies shipping logistics. All other companies I've tried, and i've tried ALOT, have shipped the product out within 1-2 days of ordering. I'm coming up on five days since ordering and nothing has happened! (Edit) Gave them back the other 3 stars due to the prompt reply from customer service. I'm glad they actively read trustpilot reviews and work with the customers to fix the issue!
