Due to unfortunate circumstances on my end, my package from MHGP had to be returned before I could receive it in full (No issues came up at all in the purchasing and shipping processes). After initiating the return, I was contacted by the CEO of MHGP who assured me that everything would be set to rights as soon as the courier got the package back to them. Do note that this unfortunate circumstance cost MHGP a sale, and they still made sure the customer was happy first. That's a rarity today. Without a doubt the quickest, most effective customer service I've received from any online company. While for obvious reasons I can't comment on the quality of the products, I've found the stores that have your back even when it costs them a sale know their stuff, and I have full faith in the quality of their merchandise.
