this USED to be a great place this USED to be a great place, no more! an obvious corporate do not care about customers company. placed an order 08/19 and on 9/13 still not shipped. this is after multiple emails and text they create a shipping label on 09/10 and claim shipped. what a joke. just want my refund and i WILL NEVER BE BACK. mile high glass pipes is really a mile low. they like to fabricate the story as well.

I’m not sure if this is a legit site or… I’m not sure if this is a legit site or not but here is my experience. Last Wednesday morning I ordered an item. At 10:15pm Thursday I received an email saying my item was oversold and they could give me a gift card or a full refund. I replied back the next morning at 6am (which was New Year’s Day, but being retail figured they would be open). No response. Saturday I found a customer service number through their Facebook. When I called it no one answered, but what was odd was there were 3 options (wholesale, online orders, customer service), all 3 of them at the end of the ringing said this voicemail has not been set up. At this point I feel I have been had. I asked for a refund,l via email , they only refunded me the amount for the item, not the cost of shipping. When I reached back out to them again, they said they already purchased a first class package and couldn’t refund me( on an item they were unable to fulfill). All of these things make this site seem very sketchy, I’m now having to dispute this with my credit card company.
