I would give 0 stars if I could Needed to share about my experience with Tobaccostock. My tobacco order took almost 3 weeks even though they charge for their pricey shipping, and the quality was disappointing, the tobacco was too dry and the tubes were totally wrecked since it being crammed into a tiny box. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was a dead end, no help whatsoever. Switched over to their competitor - tobaccogeneral.com and it was like night and day. Got my order in just 3 days, and everything was perfect and prices are cheap. Seriously, save yourself the headache and go with tobaccogeneal instead!!!

Tobacco Stock is fast and dependable! I have used Tobacco Stock for my last 4or5 orders. I am very pleased with their service. They usually send it out the same day or very next day and I get it in 3-4 days. Order has always been correct. I use to use Smokers Outlet and there was always a problem and they used UPS and it always sat in Illinois for days and it was usually late Tobacco Stock is much better!

Tobaccostock used to be a decent place… Tobaccostock used to be a decent place to get my RYO tobacco and tubes. Every so often a crushed box of tubes. However, they raised their pricing, packaging got worse and their customer service is terrible. My last order had 5 crushed boxes of tubes out of 10. Poor packaging. Customer service expected me to mail the boxes back and wait for replacements, forcing me to purchase somewhere else while waiting for the mail to go back and forth. The raise in prices, poor packaging and terrible customer service lost them a customer.

Tobacco Stock is my "go to" company for tobacco products because... ...of their "best pricing", reasonable - fast shipping and rapid replies to email inquiries! Plus, Vick M in Tobacco Stock Sales was super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable in my tobacco storage question and provided a "work-around" with a product not in stock (not their fault as I initially ordered "many" bags of Golden Harvest Silver, but Vick M offered the same product in 5 lb bags)... Vick M rates not 5, but 10 stars for his professionalism!!! Vick M is a true asset to the Tobacco Stock "team" and I highly recommend him and Tobacco Stock for your tobacco needs. Thank you Tobacco Stock and Vick M...!!!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, best I've experienced from any company in a long while. Good to know there are still businesses out there that care! Great products also, BTW.
