Fantastic! A++ I have used Tobacco Stock for 2 years. I had to contact them 1 time in 2 years because my order was delivered to the wrong house. Not their error, because I purchased the very cheap insurance they immediately shipped me out a new order at no cost and it arrived next day. My original order was left on my step with a note saying it was delivered to them by mistake. I emailed Tobacco Stock, they sent me a label (for free) so I could return that order. Today I couldn't find my tracking email, Tobacco Stock sent me a picture of my email and the tracking info, my order was delivered a few hours later. Highly highly recommend. Fantastic prices and customer service. You have a customer for life!

Personal Experience. I have read several of the "less than sparkling" reviews and I felt compelled to add my two cents worth. I just received my third order (in the last 5-6 month timeframe) and this order was just like the first two. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and received shipment on the following Monday. My four cans of pipe tobacco were fresh (at least the first can I opened) and undamaged. Maybe I have just been lucky, but I find TobaccoStock to be extremely responsive, to deliver market par product, and as a rule at the cheapest price online. I definitely will used them yet again when the time comes. GOOD tobacco purveyor!

I would give 0 stars if I could Needed to share about my experience with Tobaccostock. My tobacco order took almost 3 weeks even though they charge for their pricey shipping, and the quality was disappointing, the tobacco was too dry and the tubes were totally wrecked since it being crammed into a tiny box. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was a dead end, no help whatsoever. Switched over to their competitor - tobaccogeneral.com and it was like night and day. Got my order in just 3 days, and everything was perfect and prices are cheap. Seriously, save yourself the headache and go with tobaccogeneal instead!!!

I have ordered hundreds of dollars of… I have ordered hundreds of dollars of tobacco from them this year - it's never crushed or dried out... And every time it gets out here to Montana in about a week...
