Don’t waste your money !!! Horrible beyond disappointed they don’t give u the true value of the mystery box that you paid for few items defective I contacted them and never got a reply back !!!!

I purchased two items via Groupon and… I purchased two items via Groupon and agreed to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received an email from Hookahtown stating I owe $4.95 but there is no way to pay it. I've attempted to contact support for 2 days straight now. Their recording states they are open for call between 10 AM - 5 PM but no one ever answers. I've also initiated a chat off hookahtown.com 2 days in a row and no one ever responds. At this point I feel I have been scammed and am trying to get my money back.

Fantastic service Fantastic service! One of my items wasn't in stock so I received a phone call and was asked if Hookahtown could substitute said item. I said of course, the reaction was amazing! Very personable and just an all around great experience!
