Good price, communication, and prompt free delivery Shopping online for a particular box of Gurkha cigars I found the box at Cigarscity was at a significantly lower price than other sellers. I placed the order and opted for free shipping. Five days later the cigars were delivered to my home in Oregon.

Easy Purchase & Fast Shipping I've had some shady dealings with online cigar places in the past so I'm a little hesitant to buy cigars online from some of the smaller shops but I had a good experience with Cigars City. I ordered a box of 20 Macanudo Gold Label cigars on a Tuesday night and I had them at my home in New Jersey when I got home from work Thursday night. That's pretty good compared to what I've seen in the past. Prices were good and in-line with what I expected --- better than my local shop. My only criticism would be there wasn't much included with the cigars. The box was in good shape but there wasn't an invoice, which I generally like to have with my order and I've noticed a lot of companies are starting to skimp on. That said, I'll definitely be ordering again in about a month.

Excellent service and communication I contacted CigarsCity.com about shipping to Canada and they responded back within the same day or within a day which is incredibly fast. They answered all my questions and their prices are on par or better than some of the other large online cigar websites. When I pointed out an error in shipping they corrected immediately. The hand written thank you notes with each shipment is also a great touch. They are my go to cigar website. Shipping is also fast and living in Canada thats important when it comes to cigars. Highly recommend them!

Very bad experience Very bad experience. I am from Europe, I chose this company because of the possibility of express delivery to Europe in 6-10 days. The delivery alone cost over $80. Today is exactly one month since I ordered. I still don't have the goods. I have already tried to contact CigarsCity 2 times to inform me of the shipment.. no one has gotten back to me. At the same time the shipment is not traceable in the database. Actually yes it is, but it shows that the shipment is waiting to be forwarded to USPS, but that they have not received the shipment yet, I contacted the post office in my country with the submission number, they informed me that they do not have this shipment in the database. So a month has passed, I don't know where the shipment is, no one is communicating with me and I have wasted money on express delivery which normally takes 2-3 days from the US to my country. Terrible experience, especially the combination of expensive postage which was definitely not express, the irresponsibility of sending cigars to Europe this way and especially the lack of communication. God knows if I will ever see my money back. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, LOOK FOR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT WILL AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

What a Rip OFF Sent me a package, decent price, until I went to USPS and got screwed with a $65 COD charge, so their policy of free shipping after spending XXX dollars is complete garbage; after the math you can literally go anywhere else and find better products and service.
