BWKandy pen is a scam I ordered a k vape pro in March 2019 only to receive a damaged product in September. I sent pictures immediately and they refused to take it back claiming they sending another. It's August 19 2020. I have no Kandy pen, no refund nothing. Just a painful devastating rip off. I believe you have a better chance dealing with 3rd parties than Kandy pen themselves. It's plain robbery with nothing you can do about it ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. Their shipping trackers dont work n ive complained too much. No one cares. $100 gone. Hundreds of emails not responded to only after two months they might respond with another question that will take another 2 months for them to review. Please assist me. Am so devastated, emotionally, spiritually, physically! It's breaking getting robbed by huge successful companies

They don’t even know what the hell is going on the website says my credit card got declined four times and the fifth time it worked and then they hold the Package for a whole week didn’t even call me let me know that the website thought it was a fraud..

GBBad Business Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

GBCbox Pro Failure Charging Issues Owned 3 Cbox pro. 1st one worked for 1 year no problems. Finally died so I bought a new one. It worked for 1 month and then would no longer charge. No red charging light. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one under the warranty. The 3rd pen worked for only 2 weeks and then same problem no red charging light and wont charge. I didn't bother to contact customer service again. Instead I bought a new pen from another company. I wrote a review on their website and it was deleted in 5 minutes. They won't even show reviews to read less than 4 stars. Obviously, they have issues with faulty pens and hide any reviews showing their problems. Lost me as a customer forever.
