GBLOVE Kandypen customer service!! I've owned a Kandypen for about a year. Worked flawlessly until the other day. No matter what I did, the pen kept blinking 10 times. I contacted Kandypen customer service. Not only did they respond to my email within hours, they sent out a replacement the NEXT DAY. AWESOME SERVICE!! In the age of Covid 19, most businesses customer service is sorely lacking. Long waits for responses etc. They were a breath of fresh air. Excellent work guys!!!!

GBDeceptive practices and cheap hardware The company manufactures cheap equipment and uses deceptive practices to cover up negative feedback. I've owned three of their devices and all have failed. The first time I was told it was how I was cleaning it (even though I was using their supplies and directions). The next two items I followed the instructions to a T and they both failed. When I tried posting reviews to warn other customers, my reviews were deleted and a support ticket was created. I was given a discount code to buy more of their unreliable devices and was basically blamed for not using them right. I explained I had not opened a ticket and asked that they put my reviews back up. Which of course never happened.

GBMajor rip off Company I bought one of their pens on July 1st, received on the 8th, worked maybe three times before it just started blinking. Followed troubleshooting from their website. Contacted support on the 10th(email since no phone support) it's the 27th still have not recieved a refund or a replacement. I understand they got problems with the virus, still if they can sell their products they should be able to do better support.

GBHorrible customer service I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Kandy Pens. I purchased the Oculus three times, hoping for a functional product. However, each time I returned it for repairs, they sent back parts that were still damaged and defective. To make matters worse, they refuse to offer any refunds. Dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.

BWKandy pen is a scam I ordered a k vape pro in March 2019 only to receive a damaged product in September. I sent pictures immediately and they refused to take it back claiming they sending another. It's August 19 2020. I have no Kandy pen, no refund nothing. Just a painful devastating rip off. I believe you have a better chance dealing with 3rd parties than Kandy pen themselves. It's plain robbery with nothing you can do about it ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. Their shipping trackers dont work n ive complained too much. No one cares. $100 gone. Hundreds of emails not responded to only after two months they might respond with another question that will take another 2 months for them to review. Please assist me. Am so devastated, emotionally, spiritually, physically! It's breaking getting robbed by huge successful companies
