In the end he addressed all of my concerns and did so with wonderful bedside manner. I’m personally a nurse and thoroughly researched my situation, and even then he asked all the right questions and unearthed concerns I wasn’t even aware of. Overall great experience.

GBIf you are looking for a good… If you are looking for a good Dermatologist without having to wait two months to get seen, then Doc Bright is for you!. I had a sudden allergic reaction on my face and couldn't be seen by my dermatologist for a few weeks & my face was getting more and more irritated i made appointment with doc bright within 24 hours I was picking up my prescription It was simple & took no time at all just a few pictures. I was very happy with Dr. Kimberly Werner she is thorough and friendly & even addressed my hormonal acne. I will be recommending her for sure.

GBGood service first, then ignore Good service in the beginning, once you've paid. But on my second month, after numerous tries to get a refill never get any reply from this provider. They only have a single email for everything, no phone number, live chat etc. Missing my prescription drugs and have to go elsewhere and do it all over again Very disappointed and don't recommend to deal with.

GBNo Response to Emails, Can't Pick Up Medication I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work. I submitted a consultation and paid the fee. As promised, within 24 hours one of the dermatologists Dr. Chacon emailed me a treatment plan and sent the rx to my pharmacy. That's when the problem began. The pharmacy needed her approval for a 90-day supply of one medication. After a few days, the med still wasn't approved, so I replied to Dr. Chacon's email and let her know (the treatment plan says I can reply directly to the email). After a few days, still no response so I emailed careteam at docbright.com to request some help. Still no response. I haven't been able to pick up the meds that are available because it would void the money back guarantee. I wanted to warn others about my poor experience with DocBright.
