Fast and super simple at a lower price… Fast and super simple at a lower price than an office visit. I've always just waited for things to clear up on their own due to price and the inconvenience of finding a doctor and scheduling an appointment usually a week or two in advance. I got a prescription same day and was able to get my face back to normal within just a couple days.

The website is misleading The website is misleading. It states: "How It Works: Submit your dermatology symptoms and get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions by this time tomorrow." But this is simply not an honest representation. If the MD feels like saying, "We need your vitals, so you need an in-person appointment," then they've broken their promise. I do understand that an MD's saying that is reasonable sometimes. What is not reasonable is that the website makes a promise it can't keep, takes your money, and then does nothing for you.

horrible customer service I did the full payment almost 2 weeks ago and heard back from their customer service. I emailed asking about if/what I need to finish in order to get my recommendation and I haven’t heard back from anyone. 2 emails and a few phone calls saying to email them and nothing. I really wanted to give this company a chance, but not hearing from them after reaching out multiple times is frustrating when I just wanted to get some help.
