This was an amazing experience This was an amazing experience! I have never used a telehealth service before and I was very impressed and surprised at how smooth this went . They make it very easy to send over your photos and within 24 hours I received a call from Dr Mandel who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with . He gave me a diagnosis and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy within an hour . Definitely give DocBright a try !

horrible customer service I did the full payment almost 2 weeks ago and heard back from their customer service. I emailed asking about if/what I need to finish in order to get my recommendation and I haven’t heard back from anyone. 2 emails and a few phone calls saying to email them and nothing. I really wanted to give this company a chance, but not hearing from them after reaching out multiple times is frustrating when I just wanted to get some help.

No replies after billing After billing, no replies to emails I've sent to the Dr and the general customer service email addys. This has been going on 3 months now. DocBright replies on here immediately to reviews claiming "We haven't received any email correspondence" or "check your spam folder". After a dozen unanswered emails I filled out the form again and they called in a different medicine. I email again two more times asking about the correct medicine... 3 months, no replies, no help.

Got a tattoo recently and apparently… Got a tattoo recently and apparently I’m super allergic to the adhesive bandage and I developed an allergic contact dermatitis, I thought it would go away, but unfortunately it got worst, and my itch was severe that I couldn’t even sleep. Was extremely hard to get a dermatologist appointment. So glad to found this! Dr. Mandel was super fast at responding, and gave me everything I needed. The rash is almost gone now! Will definitely recommend this to people that needs a derm in a clutch! Thank you!
