Genuine, super fast postage, great business to deal with I have used this company for my teeth whitening strips for the last year, the strips themselves I am already aware work as I have bought from other companies prior to finding home teeth whitening. I wanted to write this review more so for the efficiency of this company and it's postage. The item arrives always within a couple of days but mostly next day, even when ordered late afternoon the previous day. I belive this is how companies should run their businesses but in this day and age things don't arrive for days and I'm always kept waiting even if iv used next day delivery. Home Teeth whitening sends Their products out super quick, never any hassle. I get what I paid for in a very reasonable amount of time. Product is also 100% genuine. Brilliant customer service I have been using these for years on and off and the difference in my teeth is unbelievable. I only need to use a pack every now and then to ensure they stay white. So easy to use too. I recently purchased some more strips and unfortunately, these were not delivered as the tracking confirmed. Customer services were brilliant, they resolved this matter within days and arranged a new pack to be sent out, which I now have.

Be Warned My experience with this company has been awful and will never purchase from them again. I wasn’t fully refunded for a delivery that they advised me to refuse receipt of. I’d realised that I’d made a mistake with my order and immediately contacted them via the chat bot and contact form to cancel it but they ignored and dispatched it anyway. I received a reply the following day from “Jessica” at Customer Services advising me to refuse delivery and to let them know if I chose to do this and they would then refund when they received it back from the Post Office. This is what I did but no refund was made at all until I chased it up. I’ve just been refunded by my bank for the balance that wasn’t refunded by the company, but I had to raise a dispute to do this. I sent numerous emails to their Customer Services prior to this and sent a complaint, which I received no reply to. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to think twice about it. I suspect that they are not based in the UK as the payee details on my bank statement show Teethwhite Abu Dhabi.
