GBTerrible Customer Experience I was transferred to Nurx from The Pill Club and it has been issue after issue since then. They don't respond quickly. Once they charged me instead of my insurance and I had to go back and forth, cancel the order and start over, which took way longer than necessary and had me panicked I wouldn't receive my prescription on time. My next refill, they charged my insurance properly but took so long I ended being out of birth control for two weeks so I had to start over once I finally received it. I was supposed to receive one more refill before my prescription expired, got a message that it was being processed, then it was suddenly cancelled a week later and I was told I would have to do a whole new consultation (with a fee that is not covered by insurance!). Once again, they have put me in a position where I will not receive my rx on time. I will absolutely be canceling and switching to a different company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

GBWow! They called the police for a locked account Incredible! This company called the police due to a locked account. Recovery didn't work, no help after explaining the problem by email and phone. Requested for a Manager to contact me to explain, nothing. Customer service told "A supervisor will call", nothing.

GBTest Charge is the Same Amount as Prescription. I dislike how the “test charge” is just as much as the actual charge, if a test charge is needed please just take a little less. I use Nurx because I do not have insurance and funds are tight for myself and every other working class person right now. On the other hand, Nurx has provided me birth control with absolutely zero issues thus far. Much cheaper than my local health department, care centers, etc..

GBCustomer Disservice Deserves Zero Stars Quick to collect my fee but very slow to refund when they said my insurance would not pay for a generic that I normally get at no cost. Chat did not respond to my request for refund. I should have read the negative reviews before getting involved in this mess.

GBThey seem legit but they did not take… They seem legit but they did not take my insurance. They take forever to get back to you and if you accidentally do your assessment wrong not knowing what migraine with aura is. They won’t redo your assessment and give you the birth control medication that works for you. If you had symptoms in the past and now you’re not having those symptoms anymore then I would say that they need to make their assessments clear to the one who is using the service but I don’t expect much from an app like this so its all at your own discretion and understanding how to use it.
