Terrible Customer Experience I was transferred to Nurx from The Pill Club and it has been issue after issue since then. They don't respond quickly. Once they charged me instead of my insurance and I had to go back and forth, cancel the order and start over, which took way longer than necessary and had me panicked I wouldn't receive my prescription on time. My next refill, they charged my insurance properly but took so long I ended being out of birth control for two weeks so I had to start over once I finally received it. I was supposed to receive one more refill before my prescription expired, got a message that it was being processed, then it was suddenly cancelled a week later and I was told I would have to do a whole new consultation (with a fee that is not covered by insurance!). Once again, they have put me in a position where I will not receive my rx on time. I will absolutely be canceling and switching to a different company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love ❤️ everything about Nurx !!! I love ❤️ everything about Nurx !!!! Its so fast & convenient to get my prescription in the mailbox 📬! I am very thankful to the doctors 🙏 & the medication has changed my life. I am going through pre Menopause 😪 & was living with very painful & large periods! Plus they were very unpredictable & it was ruining my life. Now a year later , I am living pain free & my periods are lighter & I know when they are coming. My quality of life is 100 💯 % better now!!!!! Thankful beyond words !!!!

Test Charge is the Same Amount as Prescription. I dislike how the “test charge” is just as much as the actual charge, if a test charge is needed please just take a little less. I use Nurx because I do not have insurance and funds are tight for myself and every other working class person right now. On the other hand, Nurx has provided me birth control with absolutely zero issues thus far. Much cheaper than my local health department, care centers, etc..

I ordered medication from them that was… I ordered medication from them that was saying,30 bucks but I ended up being charged,40,they charged me 132.60,then they go ahead and charged 133.0,they I went ahead and called had to hold for the longest time their was really rude,and telling me the system had to do that to check if there was money in my account,won’t be ordering again really bad

Fine service, until you have an issue It was an alright service, until I ran into an issue. Then I had to deal with long waits for responses to my messages. They never solved the issue, which is that the post office didn't deliver my meds and I needed a replacement. They didn't seem to care that I was out of my meds and just kept steering me to the USPS and checking with my neighbors. I told them twice that I couldn't find it and requested a replacement (I would pay the difference, I added). They were ready to see me go before they helped me with my medications. I'm struggling so bad with my hormones right now, it's not even funny :(
