They take forever to get back to you and if you accidentally do your assessment wrong not knowing what migraine with aura is. They won’t redo your assessment and give you the birth control medication that works for you. If you had symptoms in the past and now you’re not having those symptoms anymore then I would say that they need to make their assessments clear to the one who is using the service but I don’t expect much from an app like this so its all at your own discretion and understanding how to use it.

This company is a total ripoff This company is a total ripoff. They charge you $40 and tell you they will bill your insurance for any prescription they order. After you sign up they inform you that they don’t take “your” insurance with limited explanation. You then go to plan B (self pay). I have a prescription skin lotion I have used in the past and they would not issue a prescription for something that has worked, and is safe. Don’t waste your time.

Wow! They called the police for a locked account Incredible! This company called the police due to a locked account. Recovery didn't work, no help after explaining the problem by email and phone. Requested for a Manager to contact me to explain, nothing. Customer service told "A supervisor will call", nothing.

Only use this company if you want your… Only use this company if you want your texts and email title lines to include sensitive information about what you order from them. There is no way this company is HIPAA compliant and after repeated requests, ensuring that I have not selected information via these methods - they still continue to send the emails and texts with a condition-first mention in the title lines. They were wonderful when they first started but now they're a giant sack of ... and no one there cares.

Been using NURX for 2-3 years! I've been receiving my preferred birth control from NURX for almost 2-3 years now I think. I told them which one I wanted(that I was already taking) and after confirming everything they started my prescription! I've had no issues since starting!
