GBI Love Nurx! I absolutely love this app due to how convenient it makes it to get the things that I need. It makes getting my birth control very simple & inexpensive. I always receive an email with a tracking number before my medications even ship. They're always on time, if not early. It's very comforting to have such a reliable resource for something I so heavily rely on in my life. I really never have any questions because anything I could possibly wonder about is already communicated to me through an email so I'm up to date on everything & I know what's going on well before it happens. There's no expensive doctor visits because it's all done online & they offer many other products as well. All in all, I think this app is great & I don't see myself going anywhere else. GBI love ❤️ everything about Nurx !!! I love ❤️ everything about Nurx !!!! Its so fast & convenient to get my prescription in the mailbox 📬! I am very thankful to the doctors 🙏 & the medication has changed my life. I am going through pre Menopause 😪 & was living with very painful & large periods! Plus they were very unpredictable & it was ruining my life. Now a year later , I am living pain free & my periods are lighter & I know when they are coming. My quality of life is 100 💯 % better now!!!!! Thankful beyond words !!!!

GBTest Charge is the Same Amount as Prescription. I dislike how the “test charge” is just as much as the actual charge, if a test charge is needed please just take a little less. I use Nurx because I do not have insurance and funds are tight for myself and every other working class person right now. On the other hand, Nurx has provided me birth control with absolutely zero issues thus far. Much cheaper than my local health department, care centers, etc..

GBTerrible Customer Experience I was transferred to Nurx from The Pill Club and it has been issue after issue since then. They don't respond quickly. Once they charged me instead of my insurance and I had to go back and forth, cancel the order and start over, which took way longer than necessary and had me panicked I wouldn't receive my prescription on time. My next refill, they charged my insurance properly but took so long I ended being out of birth control for two weeks so I had to start over once I finally received it. I was supposed to receive one more refill before my prescription expired, got a message that it was being processed, then it was suddenly cancelled a week later and I was told I would have to do a whole new consultation (with a fee that is not covered by insurance!). Once again, they have put me in a position where I will not receive my rx on time. I will absolutely be canceling and switching to a different company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

GBCustomer Disservice Deserves Zero Stars Quick to collect my fee but very slow to refund when they said my insurance would not pay for a generic that I normally get at no cost. Chat did not respond to my request for refund. I should have read the negative reviews before getting involved in this mess.
