Mr. Parks asked some questions and I sent him photos of the equipment for which I needed the hose. He constructed what I needed and it was delivered quickly.

Shipping is a little bit expensive on bigger items, but the turnaround time is quick, and product has never arrived damaged. Only once has there been a product that did not meet expectations.
