He responds to emails within the same day and answers his phone! Something I greatly appreciate, especially when I need a response quickly to a problem. Shipping is a little bit expensive on bigger items, but the turnaround time is quick, and product has never arrived damaged. Only once has there been a product that did not meet expectations. Mike was quick to get it corrected. I received the replacement product and return label in a few days. I am very happy with the service and quality of WT Farley!

Very Satisfied Customer I called WT Farley to request a custom hose with fittings for a piece of medical equipment. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Michael Parks. Mr. Parks asked some questions and I sent him photos of the equipment for which I needed the hose. He constructed what I needed and it was delivered quickly.
