100% Happy Customer WT Farley and Mike Brody have been wonderful to work with. Mike is always friendly and helpful when I am looking for something special. He responds to emails within the same day and answers his phone! Something I greatly appreciate, especially when I need a response quickly to a problem. Shipping is a little bit expensive on bigger items, but the turnaround time is quick, and product has never arrived damaged. Only once has there been a product that did not meet expectations. Mike was quick to get it corrected. I received the replacement product and return label in a few days. I am very happy with the service and quality of WT Farley!

Our company PO not on the Order Confirmation. The on-line ordering didn't carry through our company PO # put in during the checkout process, thus not showing on the order confirmation. In addition, a more detailed specification for the tank holders would have been helpful. I hope they work for us when we get them. Otherwise the web site and order process was good. Neither issue would keep me from using you guys again.
