Great deal for great service.... Choose MobileHelp based on online reviews. Found their website very helpful in determining which system would work for my 93-year old housemate. Then I reached out and talked with a representative who got me a great deal, verified my selection, and provided all the assistance I needed to start the service. I anticipate getting the system in a few days and will feel much safer knowing my housemate has access to emergency services when she is alone.

Courteous and helpful. They called me back after being told I did nothing over the phone. She gave me information I needed. Info about how system works. Additional information as I neded it. Gave me costs and helped me order. Always courteous and friendly.

Getting started. I received my unit today (on expected date) and got it setup. One problem I had was getting the lock box to open but a Customer Service gentleman walked me through an alternate method. Another was going through the test action where I ended up with a Help Wanted operator who resolved my mistake. Hope to do better next time.
