My family had a lot of questions and we needed help figuring everything out. Donna, Samantha, and Mark at MobileHelp were incredibly helpful. We went with the Micro and added fall detection. GBGetting started. I received my unit today (on expected date) and got it setup. One problem I had was getting the lock box to open but a Customer Service gentleman walked me through an alternate method. Another was going through the test action where I ended up with a Help Wanted operator who resolved my mistake. Hope to do better next time.
