I decided to cough up the money to buy… I decided to cough up the money to buy one of the best light therapy boxes on the market because the dark and gloomy winter months in ohio consistently cause me severe depression. My psychiatrist typically adjusts my meds but it's not enough. I dread the winter fearing one year it might claim my life. After having a cheap SAD therapy light years ago that did nothing, I figured that if I was willing to spend money on frivolous purchases, I shouldn't complain about spending money to potentially help me not bottom out in the winter. Best customer support EVER I bought a Lightpad Max and I suspect it was likely mishandled during shipping as it was flickering on the two brighter settings. I emailed customer support, and they responded within the hour, and replaced the light immediately. This was easily the best customer support experience I've ever had for any product I've ever bought. In this day and age, obtaining warranty support can be elusive and frustrating... Alaska Northern Lights sets a new standard in this area and I think other companies would do well to follow their lead. Thank you again!
