Great experience ordering the Aurora LightPad MAX I ordered the Aurora LightPad MAX and received it quickly. There was something wrong with the cord and brick converter. After calling Alaska Northern Lights, they immediately resent a new light and included a UPS Return Label. Quick and easy. The light is awesome and I’m amazed at the brightness and power. Kudos for a job well done.

Great customer service I live in Alaska and often have packages arrive broken, so when my diffuser screen and light bulb were broken in one of my light boxes I wasn’t overly surprised. Light is very effective, sleek, easy use Light is very effective, sleek and silent, easy to use one button toggle for on/off and three intensity levels. Produced at least 10,000 lux at 30 inches, better than anything on the market that I could find. (Other SAD lights don’t disclose the inches/distance capacity of lamp, some you have to hold 6 inches from your face- not practical). I leave this one on my night stand to glow while I have my morning coffee.

BRIGHT light! This light so much brighter than any I have used before, also easier to set up than I expected! Have been sitting in front of it for 30 minutes for the last five days and am already waking up an hour to an hour and a half earlier than normal. Wow.
