GBGreat tech support for an older, out-of-warranty product Beth was very knowledgable about the product, didn't try to sell me a new one, gave helpful tech advice, and explained where I could get replacement parts. I ultimately bought a new LED light box to replace my old NorthStar. My experience restored my faith that at least some companies really stand by their products and make an effort to hire and retain stellar employees.

GBIve been using the light box for almost… Ive been using the light box for almost 3 weeks and can def. say it has helped me wake up earlier naturally before my alarm clock. The only thing im not crazy about is the double cord required to plug in and attatch. Its just cumbersome and sometimes gets disconnected when I move the light to a different angle.

GBI decided to cough up the money to buy… I decided to cough up the money to buy one of the best light therapy boxes on the market because the dark and gloomy winter months in ohio consistently cause me severe depression. My psychiatrist typically adjusts my meds but it's not enough. I dread the winter fearing one year it might claim my life. After having a cheap SAD therapy light years ago that did nothing, I figured that if I was willing to spend money on frivolous purchases, I shouldn't complain about spending money to potentially help me not bottom out in the winter. I'm really impressed with the Northstar 10,000. It truly helps and for me, anything that actually helps me survive this time of year is worth gold.

GBGreat customer service I live in Alaska and often have packages arrive broken, so when my diffuser screen and light bulb were broken in one of my light boxes I wasn’t overly surprised. I contacted the customer service, and Beth quickly resolved the issue. Thank you again, Beth! I ordered the Two Pack Light Box Combo and would highly recommend this company and their products.
